instrumental in recruiting the business to Mauldin.
Starbucks is now open on South Main Street in Mauldin. Verizon has also recently opened the doors
of a brand new store along West Butler, and the new Office of Disability and Adjundication Review
for the Social Security Administration will open soon on North Main. Also moving to Mauldin is a
new tenant for BridgeWay Station. Jackson Marketing, Motorsports & Events will be moving into the
building along Holland Road formerly occupied by Coca-Cola Bottling Co.
In August, City Council expects to review a small number of new petitions to annex residential and
commercial land into the city. These petitions represent a total of about 235 acres.
