travel: Car Rentals at Valencia Airport Sometimes it can be a real hassle finding the right car rental company to pick when you arrive in a different country. So rather than you having to do all the guesswork, we asked a number of different car rental companies a few questions. In this issue, we put the spotlight on Europcar. 1. Where are you located? We are located at Valencia Airport arrivals. 7. What is the minimum age for renting a car from your company? The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 21 years and more than 1 year with the driving license. However, drivers under the age of 25 will be charged a young driver fee. 8. Do you have any special offers on this summer? We have local promotional rates based on the time, demand and availability. 2. How do people get to the Car Pickup point? e.g. Is there a shuttle bus? The parking is just in front of the terminal. 3. Do your staff speak English? Our agents speak English, French, Italian, and German. 4. What are your opening and closing times? We are open from Monday to Saturday from 7:00 am to 24:00 pm and on Sundays from 8:00 pm to 24:00 pm. 9. What is your deposit policy? And how much refundable deposit do people have to pay? Up to compact group, you can make the deposit in cash of 300€ and from this category, customers must present a valid credit card. 10. Do you have offers for people who want to rent out cars long-term? Yes we have special rates and promotional offers for long-term rentals where the customer can choose his agreement duration, without permanence, 24h/365 days a year road assistance and the mileage and attributes they need. 5. Do you have a loyalty scheme for regular customers and what are the benefits? Our loyalty program, Privilege, rewards customers who usually rent cars with Europcar. Depending on the frequency of your rentals and the number of rental days, we have different Privilege levels where you can receive a 10€ voucher, a free rental weekend or a free car model upgrade. 6. What is the minimum number of days that a customer can rent a car for? The customer can rent a car for days, weeks, months, even years. We adapt to the customer's needs. 11. Do you have different price ranges for each model or is it fixed? We have different prices depending on the category, and within the categories, there are several models. 12. Do you have electric cars in your rental car portfolio? Yes, we have electric and hybrid vehicles. 13. Do you offer prestigious car rentals? We have the category of Selection with top brand vehicles with the best technical features and a personalized attention that once you try it, you will not want another one. . Richard T.
