Thành’s Brian Woo respectively. The<br />
tantalising menu will rotate every two<br />
weeks with future dishes including beef<br />

intimate atmosphere and ever-changing menu of<br />
creative cocktails, limited-edition wines, beers and<br />
spirits. In keeping with its New York roots, the bar’s<br />
entrance is disguised as a phone booth, while the<br />
cocktail menu will feature PDT’s original house<br />
favourites such as the Benton’s Old Fashioned. To eat,<br />
expect a seasonal menu of hot dogs crafted by the<br />
city’s best chefs, starting with the hotel’s acclaimed<br />
culinary director Richard Ekkebus.
