Register Post-Paid lines
before final Deactivation
The Telecommunications Regulatory
Authority (TRA) in the Kingdom of
Bahrain reminds subscribers who have
failed to register their post-paid SIM
cards before the 2nd of September 2018,
to register again by 2nd December 2018.
TRA further clarifies that failing
to register within the specified period
result in suspension of the service on
a temporary basis, failing to register
again during the suspension period will
result in final deactivation by the 2nd
of December 2018. This initiative is part
of the Authority’s on-ongoing efforts to
protect and safeguard subscribers from
fraud and identity theft.
TRA advises subscribers to visit
their service providers and present
verification documents to complete
registration and avoid deactivation.
