The compact, shortened kitchen knives
SanYouGo and ChefYouGo by Boker Plus are
perfect for use outside of your own kitchen.
Jesper Voxnæs reduced the classic knife
formats to the essentials, shortening the
handles in particular. The blades, made
from high quality 440C, are also noticeably
shorter compared to classic kitchen knives.
The SanYouGo was made from the essence
of a Santoku, while the classic chef's
knife was the source of inspiration for
the ChefYouGo. The blades of these two
extremely compact and flexible models are
finely satined, while the scales consist of
black G10 with a red fiber layer. Leather
sheath included.

Compared to the SanYouGo, the blade of
this model is a little longer. In order to
keep the right balance, the dimensions
of the handle are slightly more generous
as well - which doesn't at all diminish
the compact and flexible qualities of this
concept! Blade length: 4½". Overall
length: 7½". Weight: 4.1 oz.
2 BOKER PLUS SANYOUGO
The classic Santoku grip, in which thumb
and index finger are placed quite far out on
the blade, is perfect for the short handle
that curves into the palm and is held by
the middle and ring finger. This concept
provides outstanding cutting control!
