its gauchos, who handle the enormous
cattle herds in the pampas. Following
the tradition of genuine gaucho knives,
our knife manufactory Boker Arbolito
in Buenos Aires has developed this
unique steak knife. The unmistakable
Gaucho Steak Knife exudes the charm
of a premium outdoor knife. Comes
complete with a high grade sheath
made of South American leather, that
can be worn on the waistband - or
keep the knife indoors at a properly
set table, in the tradition of a Central
European household - all it needs is
a decent steak. Blade length: 4¾".

These steak knives are a real eye-catcher
at every dining table. In cooperation
with a long-established Solingen based
company, the die-forged knife series
is made from the best Solingen blade
steel, 4116. Available with foodsafe
POM handle or selected precious
woods. The pleasant feel and the
quiet grain of the wooden handles
make for the perfect combination of
steel and wood. The variants of rare
bog oak and hand selected olive are
equipped with an elegant special spine
grinding. The patented serrated edge
is a combination of coarse serrations
at the tip, fine serrations in the middle,
and a plain edge towards the bolster.
