What’s happening at the Fitness Centre?<br />
Our Group classes have been growing in<br />
numbers every week. Lots of new faces in the<br />
Pilates classes, packed KataBox classes, and a<br />
few more braving the cold mornings to join<br />
Bootcamp. The vibe in all these classes is simply<br />
amazing – full of laughs, hard work, moaning<br />
and groaning, friendly competing, lots of<br />
are a community focused fitness company that<br />
has been formed to target all audiences and<br />
to bring communities together, by hosting<br />
free and safe weekly timed events, bringing<br />
like-minded people together, regardless of<br />
level of fitness. The myrun events, which are<br />
hosted every Sunday, are open to everyone,<br />
including children. Our events take place at<br />
