Her attention to detail and knack for financial modeling earned her a full time position, upon graduating. She remained at the firm for 10 years, where she specialized in entitlements and subdivision work, with extensive workings with properties subject to CDD financing. In 2013, Colliers International opened its Jacksonville appraisal office, where she was tasked with business development in addition to being placed on the multifamily appraisal team. She has been involved with all forms of multifamily developments, including market rate projects, fractured condominiums, student housing, and affordable properties and has worked throughout the state of Florida, as well as limited work in Virginia and Tennessee. At the beginning of 2016, she was presented with the opportunity to assist in the expansion of the Jacksonville Multifamily Brokerage platform. She continues to seek her MAI designation, which represents a gold standard for appraisers throughout the world. Outside of Colliers, Morgan is highly involved with the North Florida Chapter of the Urban Land Institute, leads a Girl Scout Troop, and while actively involved in running and triathlons, including a Half Ironman.
