Inclusion &<br />
Integration<br />
<strong>Dovercourt</strong> is committed to the inclusion<br />
of campers with special needs. At the time<br />
of registration, please make us aware of<br />
any special requirements for medication,<br />
mobility, or behaviour, or of other resources<br />
your child may need to participate. For<br />
questions about our inclusion process,<br />
to arrange a meeting, or for assistance<br />
with choosing a camp, please contact<br />
our Inclusion Coordinator at inclusion@<br />
dovercourt.org.<br />
Newsletters<br />
Please see the Holiday Camp newsletters<br />
for a “what to bring list”, program details,<br />
pick up and drop off locations and contact<br />
information. Camp newsletters are available<br />
online mid-December on the camps page of<br />
our website.<br />
Before & After Camp<br />
Regular camp activities are from 9:00-<br />
4:00, with drop of 8:30-9:00 and pick up<br />
4:00-4:30.Pre-camp begins at 7:30am and<br />
includes quiet games, crafts, colouring and<br />
circle games. Post-camp finishes at 6:00pm<br />
and includes active and quiet game options<br />
and crafts as well as a snack at 5pm. Holiday<br />
camp fees includes both pre- and post-camp.<br />
Camp Lunches<br />
It is important to send your child with a lunch<br />
as well as a morning and afternoon snack<br />
each day. Camp lunches prepared by Adam’s<br />
Apple Café are available for purchase from at<br />
the time of your registration, as a camp extra.<br />
$9/day. Please note that the Café will be<br />
closed December 24-31 and camp lunches<br />
are available for purchase January 2-4 only.<br />

and delivering programs that are child-centered and reflect our values of<br />
respect, diversity and inclusion. All of our staff are trained and certified in High<br />
Five: Healthy Child Development and our programs are evaluated regularly to<br />
