Principles<br />

A fee is paid to the Board of Directors in accordance with the ruling of the <strong>Annual</strong> General Meeting.<br />

Remuneration to the CEO and other senior executives comprises a base salary, bonus and other benefits. Other senior executives include vice presidents, business area presidents and<br />

the CFO. The senior executives are found on page 8.<br />

The variable remuneration is based on the performance in relation to established goals. The general bonus system is based on an earnings period of one year, and is normally between<br />

35-100% of the base salary, and in all cases with a maximum. However, there are two cases where the bonus is based on a percentage of the profit in the subsidiaries where the persons<br />

are active.<br />
