Police are HIRED GUNS, hired by the corporate STATE to enforce<br />
its contracts. No contract = no authority. Always question them on<br />
who's authority they act. IMO if they refuse to answer that, they<br />
GOT NO AUTHORITY and are acting under color of law and their<br />
personal liability, even if you're in a contract with the STATE, i.e. a<br />
RESIDENT.<br />
For example, if a security guard refused to identify on who's authority<br />
he's acting, he'd have no authority as a security guard, only<br />
that of a private person. Cops are no different, they gotta identify<br />
on who's authority they're acting, UPON REQUEST, if they are to<br />
act under that authority.<br />
Remember, most police departments are PRIVATE organizations.<br />
Just check it on manta.com. Only sheriffs<br />
and their deputies are real LAWMEN with authority to<br />
apprehend those in violation of Common/Public law. But<br />
even they are hired by the corporate STATE to enforce its<br />
contracts.
