Perry Farmers’ Market offers a friendly place for food and fellowship<br />
by supporting local farmers and food producers. Most Saturday morning<br />
shoppers will find live music by Roland Everett Fall and fresh, local<br />
cuisine cooked on site and made-to-order using local ingredients.<br />
The market features locally-grown seasonal fruits and vegetables,<br />
jams and jellies, boiled peanuts, fresh-cut flowers, honey and eggs, as<br />
well as pasture-raised beef and pork. The market accepts debit, credit,<br />
and EBT cards.<br />

The business specializes in handmade children’s clothing and<br />
monogramming, but also offers a line of women’s clothing, said owner<br />
Melissa Estrada.<br />
Estrada said her business is truly a family business. She has been<br />
sewing clothing for 10 years, and her mother and children help her<br />
sew.<br />
The business also stocks silicone teething necklaces, which are both<br />
fashionable and safe for children, and a brand of children’s shoes that<br />
squeak.<br />
The business opened in Perry earlier in <strong>2018</strong> and moved to its<br />
downtown location in September <strong>2018</strong>.<br />

Business owner Lynn Matthews said she strives to offer a unique and<br />
elegant collection of hand-painted furniture and antiques, rustic decor,<br />
man cave and children’s decor items, gifts, and handmade jewelry. The<br />
business is a full-service florist and stocks Georgia Soap Co. products,<br />
including handmade bath balms, soaps, lotions, body butters, and<br />
candles.<br />
“Many items are handmade by local craftsmen, and some are oneof-a-kind<br />
items that we will never have again,” she explained. “Our<br />
inventory is ever-changing.”<br />
The business offers painting classes for do-it-yourselfers and a full<br />
line of Dixie Belle Paint products.<br />
Matthews enjoys bringing the past to the present through her antiques.<br />
“This is what I love to do and I hope it shows,” she said.<br />
