therapy in our state of the art rehab gym. Church Home is all new<br />
construction or newly renovated since 2012. All rehab rooms are new since<br />

residents’ needs. From our nursing and care staff to our Sodexo-led dining<br />

Location<br />
We are conveniently located 1 mile south of Hwy 96 on US Hwy 41 in Houston<br />
County. We are the closest facility to the Houston Lake / Lake Joy area, and<br />
only a few miles from Warner Robins or Perry. When it comes to offering<br />
your family the absolute best rehabilitation facility in the area, a few miles is<br />

Church Home Healthcare Serves Middle Georgia<br />
Church Home Rehabilitation and Healthcare offers nursing care and<br />
rehabilitation services for seniors throughout middle Georgia. Whether<br />

Tracing its history to 1939 when the members of Christ Sanctified Holy<br />
Church opened the original Church Home for the Aged, the facility has<br />
undergone numerous expansions and renovations. The primary facility was<br />
completely renovated in 2012. In 2014, the LifeSpring rehabilitation center<br />
opened to provide state-of-the-art services for those needing short-term<br />
support following surgery or a medical event. A 10 bed expansion to<br />
LifeSpring opened in 2017, allowing the facility to expand its care to more<br />
area seniors. All LifeSpring rooms have private suites with private baths.<br />
