It was very informative. Including the suggestions of various expert specialists really gave a good awareness on the status of immunotherapy in the current scenario. The contents of the magazine keep up well with the latest developments in the field. Both interesting and refreshing. Dr Natu Seth, Pondicherry Reality of a therapy Sir, The cover story on immunotherapy gives a good idea on the reality of the therapy unlike simply glorifying it as in most journals. We know that immunotherapy is not the way to a complete cure in all types of cancers and also the cost implications are never really mentioned anywhere. Opinions of the clinicians are well documented in the article. I would suggest that perhaps a story based on the cost implications of immunotherapy and the percentage of the population who can really afford and benefit them, including details on the average cycles of the therapy given to a different patient by various clinicians could be a new approach. Overall it is a good work well committed to connecting the medicine and research field. Best Regards. Dr Alok Saxena Patna EBV instructive Dear sir, Found the article on EBV intervention in emphysema written by Dr. George really instructive.
