Projects - Maritimo Mall Interior design of food court and furniture design Maritimo Mall, Constanta, Romania Client: Immofinanz AG Country: Romania Location: Constanta Opened: October 2011 Gross built area: 110 000 m2 CASIOPEA GROUP 2012 INTRODUCTION In 2011 our company, as the winner of a tendering process, had the opportunity to design and build the interior furniture of another shopping center in Constanta, Romania. The complex itself contains 130 shops and a cinema on more than a total of 110.000 m2. Our assigment here involved the full design and furnishment of the food court area and part of the mall by providing the built-in and mobile furniture, and five retail pavilions as well. The shopping center was opened in the October 2011, with the 99% of the shops rent out. Awarded as BEST NEW SHOPPING CENTER DEVELOPMENT on CIJ AWARDS.
