INTRODUCTION<br />
The plot surrounded with wonderful green<br />
landscape, is situated on the border of a<br />
prestigious dwelling and a busy businesslike<br />
area, operated for years by Sony<br />
Ericsson Company as a research center.<br />
After demolishing the existing industrial<br />
styled buildings from the seventies, our<br />
plan offers 8 new buildings, each on<br />
separate plots, with very flexible further<br />
functions like offices, dwelling houses and<br />
a business-hotel.
