INTRODUCTION<br />
The project consisting of two adjacent<br />
buildings is situated in the renewing<br />
surroundings of IX. District in a silent area on<br />
the corner of Dandár and Vaskapu streets.<br />
The ground floor apartments have nice<br />
private gardens, divided by greenery. The<br />
typical apartments have balconies, and the<br />
two level big flats on the 6th floor are fitting<br />
even for 2 generations with intimate large<br />
terraces. Between the buildings there is a<br />
beautiful green yard with benches and<br />
playground for children.
