INTRODUCTION<br />
Having gained a wide scope experience, working with both – developers (TriGranit, Plaza Centers, AEW<br />
Europe, ImmoFinanz, Atrium Centers and others – see detailed <strong>presentation</strong>) and retailers (Tesco Hypermarket,<br />
H&M, New Yorker, More Shops and others), <strong>Casiopea</strong> <strong>Group</strong> has the ability to observe the wide picture of the<br />
project, create the right concept and find the most cost efficient and sustainable solutions for long lasting<br />
successful projects.<br />
Our company was established in 2001, while its owners have been active in the region since 1998. <strong>Casiopea</strong><br />
<strong>Group</strong> is one of first international design firms to enter the CEE, and among the biggest leading architectural<br />
design groups: with over 10 years of extensive experience in planning medium and large scale mixed use<br />
projects, mainly of retail , that combines with offices, residential and hotels (between 20,000 to 200,000 m²).<br />
Our services: consultancy, feasibility studies, conceptual design, full scope detailed design, including interior<br />
design. <strong>Casiopea</strong>’s team consists of highly experienced consultants in all design segments. We are acting either<br />
as the General Designer, or a Leading Architect, cooperating with local architects and all required consultant<br />
engineers.<br />
We have been appointed, in several projects, as the contractor for the Design & Built of the interior and<br />
furniture elements.<br />
Many investors notice only at the hectic last moments of the construction that the interior of the project is designed<br />
insufficiently: each element was chosen in deferent time and is not in accord and harmony, which causes confusion,<br />
and in more than a few occasions they are disappointed from the final results.<br />
Different groups of designers and subcontractors are involved in the projects, and this is most frequently a source<br />
for miscoordination on site, and moreover has a higher cost.<br />
We decided to put all in one pack: preparing the design, manufacturing, installment on site and full<br />
coordination, while keeping the agreed budget and time table.
