expertise with pet knowledge, Jeanne Sullivan and her staff<br />
members at Pet Supplies Plus in Ballwin aim to provide<br />
customers with tools and resources to make pets of all<br />
sizes and needs feel like part of the family.<br />
Born and raised in St. Louis, Jeanne has over 17 years of business experience<br />
managing Nutrition Warehouse and a Pet Supplies Plus superstore in New York prior to<br />
becoming co-owner and operator of the Ballwin location, which has been open for over<br />
a decade.<br />
The store offers a wide selection of pet food and pet care products, including the largest<br />
natural food and treats in the area, toys and other supplies for pets as well as small<br />
animals, reptiles and fresh water fish.<br />
“It’s not just about treating someone’s dog by going, ‘Well, here’s some food,’” Jeanne<br />
said. “It’s about looking at the dog’s overall wellness.”<br />
Staff members, some trained personally by Jeanne, are always available to assist<br />
customers. Some staff members have been with the store over 10 years, and the store’s<br />
customer service ranking always tops the charts compared to the other 440 locations.<br />
“It’s not about selling products, it’s all about the pets,” Jeanne said.<br />
Katie Miles is an associate attorney with<br />
Quinn Estate & Elder Law, who has a<br />
passion for advocacy and an enthusiasm<br />
for working with the aging population.<br />
Prior to becoming an attorney, Katie<br />
was an occupational therapist and<br />
worked with individuals with disabilities.<br />
