SPOTLIGHT ON MIPIM<br />
MIPIM (Le Marche International<br />
des Professionnels d’Immobilier)<br />
is the annual gathering of the<br />
world’s property professionals<br />
in Cannes. The <strong>Cheshire</strong> and<br />
Warrington Local Enterprise<br />
Partnership, supported by<br />
<strong>Marketing</strong> <strong>Cheshire</strong>, led a<br />
delegation of 54 partners – about<br />
twice the number we achieved<br />
in 2017.<br />
The <strong>Cheshire</strong> and Warrington<br />
LEP area is one of the UK’s most<br />
successful in economic terms<br />
– we are growing faster, more<br />
productive, more highly educated<br />
and better connected than any<br />
other destination north of Oxford.<br />
But these facts need to be much<br />
more widely known.<br />
The initiative generated over<br />
200 contacts and £300k of media<br />
coverage communicating the<br />
key messages and supporting<br />
investment propositions.<br />
In 2019, we will once again be<br />
supporting the LEP at MIPIM,<br />
with an even larger presence,<br />
illustrating what an outstanding<br />
investment proposition <strong>Cheshire</strong><br />
and Warrington has.<br />
