Choccy Ginger Munchy Seeds<br />

Fill your basket with these nutritious<br />

makes from Munchy Seeds...<br />

Ingredients<br />

150g pitted Medjool dates<br />

200g coconut oil<br />

25g raisins<br />

65g granola<br />

120g Munchy Seeds Choccy Ginger<br />

1/2 tsp vanilla extract<br />

Method<br />

1. Line a loaf tin with greaseproof<br />

paper and soak the dates in<br />

boiling water for 10 minutes.<br />

Drain and squeeze out any water,<br />

2. In a small pan melt the<br />

coconut oil; blend the drained<br />

dates, oil and vanilla extract until<br />

smooth; pour the mixture into<br />

the lined tin; press in the raisins<br />

and granola and sprinkle over the<br />

choccy ginger and press down.<br />

3. Freeze for 30 minutes to set<br />

and then store in the fridge.<br />
