KIDS PROGRAMS
Playin’ Pals
Tots will “pal” up with their own parent or adult guardian (18 years and
older) and be involved in a variety of activities designed to teach social and
gross motor skills. Activities will include singing, dancing, and games played
in a friendly and safe environment. Participants must wear sneakers and
comfortable clothing. PLEASE NOTE: Due to safety considerations, only children
registered for this program may be present during the program. Exception: Another adult
may be brought to watch siblings in the waiting room.

The Stomping Ground–
An Interactive Journey
Children become involved in a variety of activities with an emphasis
on coordination, rhythm, music, and social skills. Fun props, crafts, and
basic learning skills will be used to enhance their participation in this class.
Participants must wear sneakers and comfortable clothes.

Preschool Karate
The Shua Life Skills Karate program teaches children to be confident,
focused, and respectful listeners as they learn the basic fundamentals of
self-defense. The importance of developing a strong ‘karate body’ is stressed
as the children go through exercises that address balance, body strength
and coordination, and hand-eye coordination. Our trained Shua Life Skills
Instructors will prepare children for future martial arts programs by teaching
necessary core values such as respect, listening, discipline, and learning to
obey rules.
