Francesco Mazzaferro has the distinction<br />
of being a top-producing Realtor, with<br />

Mazzaferro has also been recognized<br />

United States and internationally.<br />
Twelve years ago, Mazzaferro formed a unique<br />
team of Realtors, now known in the field as Team<br />
Francesco and currently consisting of Mazzaferro,<br />
Robert Harris, Johanna Fine, Samantha Morales,<br />
Secil Cetinler and Hector Quintero. The team<br />
provides concierge-style real estate services to<br />
buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, investors and<br />
developers. Mazzaferro’s considerable personal<br />
charm and his well-known dedication to his clients<br />
have been responsible for his meteoric rise in<br />
the industry; Team Francesco has also played a<br />
considerable role in his success. Recently, Special<br />
Properties Real Estate Services announced the<br />
affiliation of Team Francesco with the brokerage’s<br />
Hoboken office.<br />
The team is uniquely qualified to serve Special<br />
Properties’ clients. Led by Mazzaferro, the team<br />
collectively is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish,<br />
German, Russian, Swedish and Turkish. Their<br />
combined experience spans everything from<br />
the resale and rental market to commercial,<br />
multifamily and investment properties; new<br />
construction; pre-foreclosure and short sales.<br />
The team supports each other every step<br />
of the way—even in non-real estate ventures,<br />
such as philanthropic initiatives. Mazzaferro<br />
was particularly proud of his team when they<br />
supported Johanna Fine’s recent efforts on<br />
behalf of the Boys & Girls Club of Jersey City.<br />
For Mazzaferro, who has been a Hudson County<br />
resident for nearly 30 years, it is imperative to<br />
maintain close ties to the community through<br />
charitable support and active participation.<br />
Mazzaferro is thrilled with the new affiliation.<br />

Mazzaferro considers himself “very lucky.” He<br />
values each team member and is happy to be working<br />
with them. “I feel that people choose to do business<br />
with people they both trust and like,” he said.<br />
Team Francesco joins Special Properties at a<br />
particularly exciting time for the company, as<br />
the brand expands, both in terms of numbers<br />
and territory. “Since the launch of our Hoboken<br />
brokerage office in May 2018, our real estate family<br />
at this urban location has grown exponentially. The<br />
