Koumas and his husband, Kevin, own<br />
homes in Hawthorne, the Poconos, Los<br />
Angeles and Greece, and their shared<br />
common interest in travel includes<br />
embarking on two cruises every year.<br />
An unabashed car enthusiast, Koumas<br />
has owned and driven 35 unique automobiles<br />
over the years. Among them: a British sports<br />
car manufactured by Lotus, an Alfa Romeo<br />
convertible and a QuickSilver Zimmer, one<br />
of only 170 produced. He also is an avid<br />
gardener, with several of his gardens and<br />
properties having been featured in magazine<br />
photo shoots.<br />
As active and busy as he is, Koumas<br />
also makes time for others. He has served<br />
as a volunteer in numerous capacities at<br />
Hackensack University Medical Center<br />
since 2003.<br />

She recently traveled to England, Spain, France and Italy, and is often<br />
drawn to the beach during her vacation time, where she can “relax with a<br />
good book.” Speaking of books, Betances is an avid reader, with an interest<br />
in romance and sci-fi genres, as well as poetry.<br />
She is also a regular at real estate and business conferences, where she<br />
can further educate herself on ways to enhance her business. Hoboken’s<br />
Del Frisco’s Grille and Coco Havana are among the local places she likes to<br />
socialize with friends.<br />
