HOT ART: BASIC
ENCAUSTIC TECHNIQUES
This is a
high
energy,
hands-on
two-day
encaustic
workshop.
We will
explore a
variety of
encaustic
techniques,
including making medium and paint,
prepping substrates, fusing wax,
layering translucent color, adding and
reducing texture, masking, stencils,
mark making, image transfer
techniques and more.
