Bark
Once you have given your garden
a good boost of nutrients with
products such as our Organic
Compost, Blood and Bone and
fertiliser, you will want to add
some bark in preparation for
the winter. A good 10cm layer
of bark will help to protect your
plant’s roots from the cold
weather, keep a more even soil
temperature (which plants like)
and it will aid in suppressing the
weeds. Intelligro manufacture all
their barks and mulches on site, they are carefully monitored for
quality and then stored under our covered bins. Our friendly team
are happy to help you work out how much you need, and what
product best suits your area.
