Dept of English take a great pride and
pleasure to introduce Ms. Atheer Salam Al
malki a budding artist from level 4. She
grabbed my attention when I first saw her
paintings and decided to feature her in the
magazine to motivate and also to provide
plate form to showcase young talent from
among the students of English dept.

Atheer grew up seeing her sister painting
so it was natural for her to pick up painting as
a hobby and developed it by picking the traits
of the trade from family members and the other
artists as and when she came across.
When she exhibited her paintings at school for
the first time she was encouraged
tremendously by her teachers which boosted
her confidence, from then on she never looked
back and now she participates in various art
exhibitions and exhibits her work not only at
the coffee shops but also at the art galleries
etc. Many of her paintings are sold and she is
appreciated by one and all for her work.
Very often she displays her paintings at a
coffee shop called “Coffee map”’ situated at
Mallik Abdullah street Alkharj. Anyone
