contained various personal<br />
items.<br />

reported that a customer<br />
paid for services rendered<br />
with a check that was returned<br />
by their bank as<br />
fraudulent.<br />

was charged with driving<br />
with a suspended license<br />
and driving while registration<br />
suspended for insurance<br />
violation at 12:19<br />

removed a snow plow<br />
from a truck without<br />

• Rafael Breton Martinez,<br />
23, of Glenview,<br />
was charged with driving<br />
while under the influence,<br />
no proof of insurance,<br />
improper lane usage and<br />
driver’s license not on person<br />
at 11:40 p.m. in the<br />
2300 block of Waukegan<br />
Road.<br />
• Evans Elorm Hermann-<br />
Condobery, 34, of Chicago,<br />
was charged with<br />
unlawful possession of<br />
a fraudulent ID card at<br />
12:56 p.m. in the 2500<br />
block of Shermer Road. A<br />
complainant reported that<br />
the subject attempted to<br />
pick up a package and presented<br />
what appeared to<br />
be a fraudulent identification<br />
card. The package was<br />
held until officers arrived,<br />
and the identification that<br />
the subject presented was<br />
verified as being fraudulent.<br />
The subject was processed<br />
and transported to<br />
court for bond.<br />

• A complainant in the<br />
1200 block of Sanders<br />
Road reported at 6:33 p.m.<br />
that unknown subject(s)<br />
broke the front window of<br />
their vehicle and removed<br />
a purse.<br />
May 3<br />
• Omar Hernandez-Rubio,<br />
33, of Chicago, was<br />
charged with driving while<br />
under the influence, aggravated<br />
driving while under<br />
the influence, driving with<br />
a revoked driver’s license<br />
and improper lane usage<br />
at 9:08 p.m. near the intersection<br />
of Shermer and<br />
Techny roads.<br />
• A complainant in the<br />
1000 block of Sunset<br />
Ridge road reported at<br />
9:14 p.m. that unknown<br />
subject(s) entered their<br />
unlocked vehicle and removed<br />
their registration.<br />
• A resident of the 2800<br />
block of Weller reported<br />
that they had not received<br />
an item that they purchased<br />
from a subject online.<br />
• A complainant in the<br />
1500 block of Lake Cook<br />
Road reported at 12:19<br />
p.m. that they were alerted<br />
by their bank that several<br />
fraudulent checks had<br />
been issued from their<br />
account.<br />
May 2<br />
• Trishauna Malena Herron,<br />
19, of Dolton, was<br />
charged with no valid<br />
driver’s license and expired<br />
registration at 8:24<br />
p.m. near the intersection<br />
of Skokie Boulevard and<br />
Lake Cook Road.<br />
April 30<br />
• A complainant in the<br />
2500 block of Brian Drive<br />
reported that they received<br />
a call from a subject claiming<br />
to be from the Chinese<br />
Embassy in Washington.<br />
The caller stated that a female<br />
was in custody and<br />
had the complainant’s<br />
passport. The complainant<br />
supplied personal information<br />
to the caller. The caller<br />
instructed the complainant<br />
not to inform anyone<br />
about the matter. The complainant<br />
shortly thereafter<br />
realized that it was a scam.<br />
