at 3:14 p.m. on May
4 that unknown subject(s)
had taken a tote bag from
their crawl space, which
contained various personal
items.
The value of what was
taken is unknown at this
time.

1000 block of Angle Street
reported that between the
hours of 1:30-3 p.m., an
unknown subject removed
several items from their
trailer.
• A complainant in the 600
block of Academy Drive
reported that a customer
paid for services rendered
with a check that was returned
by their bank as
fraudulent.
May 8
• Luis Daniel Pagan Colon,
22, of Melrose Park,
was charged with driving
with a suspended license
and driving while registration
suspended for insurance
violation at 12:19
a.m. near the intersection
of Willow and The Strand.
May 7
• A complainant in the
1900 block of Willow
Road reported at 8:12 a.m.
that unknown subject(s)
removed a snow plow
from a truck without
permission.
May 6
• Rafael Breton Martinez,
23, of Glenview,
was charged with driving
while under the influence,
no proof of insurance,
improper lane usage and
driver’s license not on person
at 11:40 p.m. in the
2300 block of Waukegan
Road.
• Evans Elorm Hermann-
Condobery, 34, of Chicago,
was charged with
unlawful possession of
a fraudulent ID card at
12:56 p.m. in the 2500
block of Shermer Road. A
complainant reported that
the subject attempted to
pick up a package and presented
what appeared to
be a fraudulent identification
card. The package was
held until officers arrived,
and the identification that
the subject presented was
verified as being fraudulent.
The subject was processed
and transported to
court for bond.
May 5
• A complainant in the
1200 block of Sanders
Road reported at 6:33 p.m.
that unknown subject(s)
broke the front window of
their vehicle and removed
a purse.
May 3
• Omar Hernandez-Rubio,
33, of Chicago, was
charged with driving while
under the influence, aggravated
driving while under
the influence, driving with
a revoked driver’s license
and improper lane usage
at 9:08 p.m. near the intersection
of Shermer and
Techny roads.
• A complainant in the
1000 block of Sunset
Ridge road reported at
9:14 p.m. that unknown
subject(s) entered their
unlocked vehicle and removed
their registration.
• A resident of the 2800
block of Weller reported
that they had not received
an item that they purchased
from a subject online.
• A complainant in the
1500 block of Lake Cook
Road reported at 12:19
p.m. that they were alerted
by their bank that several
fraudulent checks had
been issued from their
account.
May 2
• Trishauna Malena Herron,
19, of Dolton, was
charged with no valid
driver’s license and expired
registration at 8:24
p.m. near the intersection
of Skokie Boulevard and
Lake Cook Road.
April 30
• A complainant in the
2500 block of Brian Drive
reported that they received
a call from a subject claiming
to be from the Chinese
Embassy in Washington.
The caller stated that a female
was in custody and
had the complainant’s
passport. The complainant
supplied personal information
to the caller. The caller
instructed the complainant
not to inform anyone
about the matter. The complainant
shortly thereafter
realized that it was a scam.
