There are no right or wrong answers to these statements. They are intended only to help you<br />

think out your attitudes about suicide. For each of the statements listed below, indicate<br />

whether you agree or disagree.<br />

AGREE DISAGREE 1. A suicide threat is a cry for help, not a desire for death.<br />

AGREE DISAGREE 2. The decision to kill one's self is purely a personal matter.<br />

AGREE DISAGREE 3. No one can be helped unless he or she wants to be helped.<br />
