DTU Times organised the third edition<br />
of Finesse-The Creative Extravaganza in<br />
June, 2019.<br />
Writers and illustrators from across<br />
India participated in the events held. The<br />
first event was Caption Kranti, in which<br />
participants sent in captions for pictures<br />
posted online and fought for a spot in<br />
the finale, judged by Dr. Ashish Agnihotri<br />
(Associate Professor, Centre for French<br />
and Francophone Studies, School of<br />
Language, Literature and Culture Studies,<br />
Jawaharlal Nehru University).<br />
Shivam Gupta from DTU was declared<br />
the winner of Caption Kranti 2019.<br />

The second event was dye] rlOoqj vkSj<br />
rLohj] with participants sending in their<br />
illustrations covering a number of themes.<br />
The competition was judged by Mr. Dike<br />
Akbar and Ms. Kaveri Gopalakrishnan.<br />
Dhruv Yadav, IIIT D was declared the<br />
winner, while Mohit Bhankar, DTU bagged<br />
second place and Saransh Sehgal, DTU<br />
secured the third position.<br />
