8 Week Session<br />
Y member rate: $95<br />
Y non-member rate: $130/month<br />
This recreational flag football league introduces basic football skills<br />
and strategies with a focus on team work and sportsmanship.<br />
Volunteer coaches instruct football skills such as passing, receiving<br />
and blocking, while introducing offensive and defensive strategies.<br />
There is one practice during the week and one game on Saturday or<br />
Sunday. Depending on participant numbers, travel for games may<br />
be required. A shirt and end of season participation award is<br />
included with registration. No equipment is needed.<br />
