All sessions are for seven weeks unless noted.<br />
Dance / Arts and Learning<br />
Ballet 1<br />
Saturday<br />
40 Week Session<br />
Y member rate: $45/month<br />
Y non-member rate: $90/month<br />
While working to achieve the strict technique of ballet, students<br />
will also learn ballet terminology, movements, and the five arm/feet<br />
positions. Students will start each class at the barre doing<br />
exercises to achieve ballet technique. Then we will move onto<br />
working on ballet combinations in the center and across the floor.<br />
The class will also work on flexibility, as well as strength. Black<br />
leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers required. A holiday and<br />
spring recital will be held. Information on recitals and costume<br />
fees will be emailed to parents. Monthly payment plan is available.<br />
