No smoking<br />
policy<br />
All parts of <strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong> have been designated a<br />
“no smoking” area. For the avoidance of doubt this<br />
includes reception, the basement car park, the stairs,<br />
lifts and toilet areas, service yard and all areas classed<br />
as covered or substantially covered as set out in the<br />
Smoke Free (Premises and Enforcement) Regulations<br />
2006.<br />
Smoking is permitted outside and away from the front<br />
entrance.<br />
This prohibition includes the use of electronic<br />
cigarettes.<br />
Occupiers should not permit their staff to smoke<br />
immediately outside the entrance to <strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong><br />
or around the perimeter of <strong>Fothergill</strong> <strong>House</strong>. The<br />
reception staff and security have instructions to ask<br />
anyone smoking immediately outside to move away.<br />
Smoking within the areas mentioned above, or within<br />
the immediate entrance to site will be in direct<br />
violation of the Smoke Free (Premises and<br />
Enforcement) Regulations 2006.<br />
