South-Florida-based Community Care<br />
Plan (CCP), the health plan with a heart,<br />
is pleased to announce that it was awarded<br />
a contract to provide subsidized Children’s<br />
Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and fullpay<br />
health insurance coverage through the<br />
Florida Healthy Kids plan, which serves<br />
school-aged children from age five through<br />
the end of age 18. Effective January 1, 2020,<br />
CCP will provide coverage in eight Southeast<br />
and South Florida counties, including Broward,<br />
Indian River, Martin, Miami-Dade, Monroe,<br />
Okeechobee, Palm Beach, and St. Lucie.<br />
