PAUl’s its 27th annual juried art and craft show, An Olde Fashioned Holiday, at the Fieldhouse (formerly the Vintage Gymnasium), at Old School Square. Brown, is an advocate of this system known as “Restorative Justice.” The process holds the offender accountable for repairing the harm. How does this work? Is it effective? Is this Justice?
