My goal as a real estate professional<br />
is to establish a relationship with<br />
you that will continue for years to<br />
come. I treat every client with the<br />
same care and diligence I would<br />
use to successfully purchase or sell<br />
my own home. I am very grateful to<br />
those clients who have become<br />
friends or like family and have<br />
made me their Realtor of choice.<br />
I‘ve had the pleasure of helping<br />
hundreds of consumers with their<br />
real estate needs. My skill sets are<br />
varied from first-time home buyers,<br />
investors, builders and sellers<br />
across all price ranges. I started<br />
my real estate career at the bottom<br />
of the market. I take nothing for<br />
granted and have learned it doesn‘t<br />
matter how seasoned you may be<br />
as an agent, real estate is an ever<br />
changing business that requires<br />
out of the box thinking and true<br />
dedication.<br />
I am from the area originally and<br />
returned “home“ after living in<br />
multiple states across the country.<br />
When my husband and I decided to<br />
return to the area after starting our<br />
family, we knew Seven Lakes was<br />
the right choice for us. We both<br />
have incredible memories from<br />
our childhood growing up in the<br />
community and wanted the same<br />
for our children.<br />
The West side was not fully<br />
developed and Lake Auman did not<br />
yet exist. It‘s incredible to see that<br />
beautiful lake and recall what it was<br />

like before it 500303 was there. _ ADVANTAGE There were<br />
many nights of meeting up with the<br />
other neighborhood kids on what<br />
is now the island. We travel down<br />
memory lane often while enjoying<br />
the amenities with our children. It‘s<br />
funny the stories that are triggered<br />
seeing our children in the same<br />
settings we were in so many years<br />
ago as children ourselves. While I<br />
love all of Moore County and the<br />
other amazing communities we are<br />
so fortunate to have, Seven Lakes<br />
is special to my family.<br />
We own homes on the South and<br />
West side. My parents recently<br />
returned to the area and are<br />
residents on the North side. I am<br />
a Gold level Corporate Sponsor for<br />
West End Elementary PTA and also<br />
serve on the School Improvement<br />
Team.<br />
I love exploring all of Moore County<br />
with my clients. My seller clients<br />
find that I am communicative and<br />
fully understand trends in the<br />
market that will impact the sale of<br />
their homes. I work with each seller<br />
to customize a plan specific to their<br />
unique needs. For my buyer clients,<br />
I take the role of an adviser and<br />
guide the process based on their<br />
personality.<br />
I understand that sometimes a<br />
buyer or seller just aren‘t ready<br />
to get started but are seeking<br />
information without pressure. I‘m<br />
here to provide you with knowledge<br />
so that you can make an informed<br />
