Hogmanay Hideaways<br />

delights of Aberdeenshire’s natural larder<br />
influencing his seasonal menu. With a passion<br />
for fish, and the convenience of Europe’s largest<br />
fish and shellfish port almost on his doorstep,<br />
Matthew’s menu will have guests hooked! From<br />
May to September, and weather permitting, dine<br />
on locally caught lobster. Alternatively try the local<br />
mussels steamed in a Thai broth and coconut milk<br />
or the monkfish tail, crispy cheek, butternut squash<br />
puree, chorizo and orange dressing if they’re on the<br />
