The construction site is located in
Brezinska Street, among existing
family houses, at a distance of
approx. 600 m from the culture
club and the centre of the
municipality. The total area of
the site is ca 18,300 m 2 , approx.
80 m wide and 240 m long, with
a levelled land configuration
that mildly slopes westwards,
with the plot categorised as
arable land. The plot features
an inexhaustible water source
that forms a watercourse which
naturally flows along the northwest
demarcation of the site.
