Od istoka do zapada i u ritmu flore

East to west, following the flora

Na temelju odredbi prostornog plana općine Bistra te važećih zakona, propisa,

pravilnika i uredbi izrađen je i usvojen Urbanistički plan uređenja (UPU Brezinaka),

kojim su definirani uvjeti određivanja i razgraničenja površina različitih namjena te

lokacijski uvjeti.

Prema usvojenom UPU-u izrađen je parcelacijski elaborat, te je na temelju njega

izvršena i u zemljišnim knjigama provedena parcelacija 17 katastarskih čestica

(parcela) definiranih katastarskim brojevima, oblicima i površinama.

Urbanistički plan uređenja “BREZINSKA ULICA”

Pursuant to the provisions of the Physical Plan of the Bistra Municipality, and

the acts, regulations, and ordinances currently in force, the Urban Development

Plan (Brezinska UDP) was drafted and adopted, defining the identification and

demarcation conditions for areas of different intended uses, as well as location

requirements.

The plot plan was drawn up in accordance with the adopted UDP, and the plot

division of 17 cadastral plots defined by cadastral numbers, shapes, and areas

was conducted and registered in the land registry.
