Darlaston Town last night welcomed a record crowd of 451 to their
Paycare Ground to celebrate the official switching on of the new
floodlights installed during the closed season and to watch a select
Walsall Xl play against Darlaston’s first team who play in the Premier
Division of The West Midlands Regional League.
Since the club reformed in 2013 the volunteers and managers have
worked hard to return the club back to its former status following
promotion last season the club had reached another of its many goals.
As well as EFL Division Two side Walsall assisting the club in their
celebrations, the club welcomed long-term club sponsor Paycare
and their Chief Executive Kevin Rogers was given the task of
