Attorney Pham Anh Duong graduated with a Bachelor’s
degree in Law and a Master of Laws majoring in Economics at Ho
Chi Minh City University of Law. Ms. Anh Duong became Le
Nguyen’s member since her Sophomore year after winning the
contest “Trading competition 2012”.
With high capability and experience, Ms. Anh Duong has
supported many clients in establishing their investment projects
in Vietnam, providing legal consultancy relevant to business
operations, company management, and commercial transactions.
She also assists clients in drafting and reviewing contracts in
commerce, investment, and construction.
In litigation - dispute resolution area, Ms. Anh Duong has also
acted as an authorized representative of clients in settlement
negotiation, advised and prepared claims, defended the
legitimate rights and interests of both local and overseas
clients at the Courts and Arbitrations.
Ms. Anh Duong has advised many high-profile clients such as
Hercules (Vietnam) Co., Ltd, China Airlines, Fresenius Kabi,
Thanh Da Riviera Limited Liability Company, Saigon Shipping
Joint Stock Company and GBC Engineers Vietnam LLC.
