Mr. Tran Thai Duong graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and a
Master of Laws from Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. After
successfully defending his master’s dissertation and acquiring the
law practicing certificate, Mr. Thai Duong became a member of
Le Nguyen.
With the ability to analyze and synthesize information, Mr. Duong
is often in charge of preparing legal training materials for
businesses, providing legal advice to Vietnamese and foreign
clients.
In addition, Mr. Thai Duong also represents clients to negotiate
in disputes; consults and prepares the lawsuit petition, defends
the legitimate rights and interests of Vietnamese clients and
foreign clients at the Courts and Arbitrations.
Through his knowledge and practical experience, Mr. Thai Duong
has assisted clients in lawsuits and legal issues, thereby building
trust with clients as well as enhancing Le Nguyen’s reputation.
