Arrive in Sorrento and check in to your hotel for the week.
Your guide will lead you around Sorrento, stopping so you
can sample limoncello, pizza and ice-cream.
After breakfast, we’ll head off to explore the Amalfi Coast.
This spectacular stretch of coastline offers up views at every
twist and turn. Drive past Positano’s pastel-shaded houses,
before spending time in Amalfi and cliff-top Ravello.
At leisure; have a wander through the Villa Counale
gardens, or retreat to the hotel’s terrace for a glass of wine
overlooking the Bay of Naples.
Spend the day on an expertly guided tour of Pompeii’s
ruins, before journeying to the slopes of the volcano that
buried it, Mount Vesuvius. Don’t forget your camera – the
views from the crater are fantastic.
The next two days are yours to spend as you like, although
you can opt to join one of our other day trips if you
fancy. Take a boat over to Capri for stylish boutiques and
spectacular views, or head to quieter Ischia for thermal spas
and botanical gardens.
Say arrivederci to Italy as you fly home.
