Clive Emson Auctioneers was founded in<br />
1989 to supply a high profile auctioneering<br />
facility to private clients, high street estate<br />
agents, corporate and statutory bodies.<br />
For 30 years we have strived to conduct auctions that<br />
are not only available to property professionals but to<br />
all parties looking to use this effective and transparent<br />
method of sale.<br />
When we first opened the company most people<br />
believed that auctions were only available to dealers<br />
and developers but, over the years, and with the help of<br />
TV programmes such as “<strong>Homes</strong> under the Hammer”<br />
together with our own innovation and extensive<br />
marketing campaigns, they are now easily accessible for<br />
everyone.<br />
Purchasing a property, whether for a home, investment<br />
or development, is normally the largest transaction that<br />
anyone will make in their lifetime. With the assistance<br />
of our highly trained regional teams operating from five<br />
strategically placed offices we can help reduce the stress<br />
that this can cause.<br />
We are purely auctioneers and do not offer any other<br />
services, consequently you won’t have anyone trying to<br />
sell you other products. All the information you will be<br />
given is based on our shared wealth of experience and<br />
knowledge of the auction market. We catalogue around<br />
1,200 lots every year and, over the past decade, there<br />
has been a great increase in private buyers and sellers.<br />
The concept of our Company now, and always has<br />
been, to provide an independent and specialist land<br />
