Lewes’ Caccia & Tails have opened a pop-up
shop in Boho Gelato on Ship Street. Their
homemade Italian street food – including
handmade pasta, polenta fries (popular at
Viva HQ) and fresh focaccia – will be sold
alongside Boho’s ice creams until May. The
Grand Brighton’s
new restaurant,
Cyan, is now open
11am to 10pm, every
day: you can find out
more in our Recipe
feature on page 64.
New restaurant Kindling takes inspiration
from the local environment, focuses on meals
for sharing and serves up food that’s good for
both the body and planet (they aim to create
as minimal waste as possible). The East Street
restaurant is run by the
previous management
at Food For Friends:
husband and wife
team Ramin and Jane
Mostowfi.
