At the end of 2017, ZAL GmbH had 39 full-time employees on the payroll. The largest growth in personnelwas allocated within the Property Management department to stabilize and professionalize the operation of theZAL TechCenter. Also, new staff enabled ZAL GmbH to offer new TechCenter-affiliated services. Since the middle of2017 ZAL GmbH officially took responsibility to train an apprentice for office communication. Currently, a third of theentity's GmbH team is female.
