Almost all the offices,laboratories, and hangar spaces have been remodeledand enhanced according to user requirements. Thisincludes individual access control, electrical installations,ventilation, and other technical equipment. Aspecial treat for both project management and tenantsis the charging station for electric cars, which enteredoperation at the end of 2017. Although it is located onthe ZAL premises, it is outside the gate, so that it isalso available for external users.
