City, New Jersey, The Duprees were
discovered by former big band leader
and President of Coed Records, George
Paxton. Impressed with their smooth
vocal quality, he had them record Jo
Stafford’s 1950’s ballad You Belong to

Vox is an award-winning, ukuleletoting
songwriter and performer. She
performs mostly as a one-womanband,
incorporating a loop pedal and
bass effect on her ukulele, while taking
her own solos (on mouth-trumpet),
and cutting through it all with her genuine

“Delray String Quartet goes to
Vienna” – 3pm. Titled “Delray String
Quartet goes to Vienna,” the program
features music by prominent composers
affiliated with the city of Vienna.
The 3pm concert will be preceded by
a pre-concert conversation with Dr.
Claudio Jaffé at 2:30pm. Tickets are
$20 (18 and under are FREE) available
at the door on the day of the concert.
