Her passion for real estate started when she was only 19 years<br />

decided to buy her first property, after she decided to get her real<br />
estate license, and the rest is history.<br />
“I started selling homes in Northeast Philly. In the meantime, my<br />
husband and I crossed paths. He already owned a few properties<br />
and encouraged me to buy more. He was always very mechanically<br />
inclined to fix anything and everything. We got married in 2005 and<br />
started flipping homes in the city of Philadelphia. I dominated the<br />
Brazilian market and sold houses to many people aside from my<br />
flips,” she said.<br />
In 2010 after having two beautiful children, they decided to move<br />
to South Florida, and Roberta began selling properties from Miami<br />
to Delray Beach. Her last year as an agent working for an outside<br />
brokerage was 2017. She left One Sotheby’s International Realty<br />
and started working for SoFlo Home Realty, a company owned by<br />
her husband, George Lucas. “He has done a lot to improve the cities<br />
of Fort Lauderdale and Oakland Park, including winning the prize of<br />
