Club restaurant was recently voted “Best of Delray.” Head Chef Robert<br />
Courtemanche has a full menu daily for lunch and they offer an<br />
unlimited selection of special event menus. Delray Beach Golf Club<br />
offers events such as a women’s golf day in June, the Delray Beach<br />
Senior Games, a junior summer camp and many more!<br />
“There is a lot of history to this place. Many people have grown<br />
up on the golf courses and we have a strong following. Our golf<br />
courses feel like a second home to them,” said Tommi Ylijoki, PGA,<br />
Director of Golf for the Delray Beach Golf Club.<br />
Lakeview Golf Clubs, located only a half a mile from Delray Beach<br />
Golf Club is a par 60 executive golf course. Many seniors, juniors,<br />
and beginners come to the smaller golf course to try the game or<br />
attend one of the many events including the Caddy Shack event and<br />
Glowball, where attendees play golf at night. Their most popular<br />
event at Lakeview Golf Club is “11 at 3,” which is 11 holes at 3pm<br />
every Wednesday throughout the year. Afterwards, players come<br />
over to Delray Beach Golf Club and have dinner, prizes, and a raffle.<br />
During the season time, they get over 150 players every week.<br />
“Lakeview is a great course for beginners, families, and for players<br />
that don’t hit the ball as long as some others. There are men’s<br />
and ladies tees to choose from. Delray Beach Golf Club offers 5 sets<br />
of tees, and whether you are professional or just picking up the<br />
game, the golf course can be suited to your game,” added Tommi.<br />
The Delray Beach Golf Club continues to offer a unique golfing experience<br />
